Hello, will a trademarked brand I'm selling under (it's my brand and I make my own products) help to get rid of hijackers if I report them to amazon for trademark infringement?

Takes a while to get the proper documents from the trademark office but after that you should be good. Once you goit the trademark you could do the amz brand registry (which in general is pretty easy) and they won't let any hijackers on your product anymore.

Actually they still can. it's a free marketplace they say and it's not going to protect you from Hijackers.

All I need to make them gone through trademark infringement report once they pop up. I won't be registering the brand with Amazon for variety of reasons

If you are an US seller, then you have to have your your brand, logo registed from USPTO and you also have to have the registration number. Trademark number does't work.

And the most important, you really need to know how to report it. Usually the infringement report site works, but some cases, they just keep telling you they cannot identify your doc or they cannot take action. then you have to find another way out.

Trademark infringement is a joke. There are so many listings are having trademark or IP infringement but Amazon just ignore it. Those knock off makers and hijackers just like roach. They'll never stop.
