New Performance requirements ...
 
Hello,

as usual, Amazon is making it harder by time, lately i was trying to open new accounts, but everytime now after uploading the utility bill to the performance, i recevie this message :

"Dear Seller,

We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time. To reactivate your account, please send the following:

-- Greater detail on evidence or examples that demonstrate that your account has complied with our policy.

How do I send the required information?

I've sent them a message says that i've opened my account recently, and i haven't sell or creat any listings as i've been prevented from selling right after receiving this message, and that i'm trying to bulid a trusted store and the satisfaction of the customers is my target and that i'm not gonna break any rules, but they're replying with an automatic message says that my account has been deactivated and if i feel that it has been deactivated in error, then i should send a message explaining with a great evidence or example that i didn't violate their policy, i've also done that and i'm kept sending this message to them since 5 days, but they're ignoring it.

Any Solutions ??

Did you submit the business license as well or only utility?

If only utility, its probably because they want the business doc as well.

Most people don't have business licenses. Most people are sole proprietors. This would be a ridiculous and arbitrary requirement.

Usually when they ask for utility bills, they will need the bussiness docs and the invoice of your products as well.

Gotta think creatively. Google the information they are requesting and see if you can get one.

But often what they ask for makes no sense or they can't be bothered to read the information given to them even when it's exactly what they asked for.

Yep... I think everyone is annoyed by amazons method of verifying information at this point

wait until you send legit invoices and they say theyre forged. According to seller forums its been happening a lot.

The problem is, I couldn't get what they're asking for, I will provide it if I could, but i don't understand which kind of "evidence" or "examples" they're asking for !! I don't think it's because of the business license as Beautiful said.

Some jurisdictions allow for e-filing of an LLC and cancellation with a refund on your payment.

Thank you guys for trying your best to help, the solution appeared to be by emailing bezos team, I've emailed his team explainig the problem and I've received a message from one of his team says that my account has been reinstated.

If you're facing a similar problem, try this solution, I've mentioned to them that I'm new and mentioned what the performance team requested, and that i have no problems with any buyers and that i didn't violate any of Amazon's policy.

Yeah the pain is real, people are all over the amazon discussion forums with similar complaints.

Amazon is squeezing out your average Joe it seems.

What if your creating a new account and it ask for active listing invoices. Do you just tell them you dont have any invoices cause its new account or you just send them invoices anyways?

They simply don't want new sellers whether anyone wants to agree or not. They are making any excuse out in the universe to boot them out.
