as usual, Amazon is making it harder by time, lately i was trying to open new accounts, but everytime now after uploading the utility bill to the performance, i recevie this message :

How do I send the required information?

I've sent them a message says that i've opened my account recently, and i haven't sell or creat any listings as i've been prevented from selling right after receiving this message, and that i'm trying to bulid a trusted store and the satisfaction of the customers is my target and that i'm not gonna break any rules, but they're replying with an automatic message says that my account has been deactivated and if i feel that it has been deactivated in error, then i should send a message explaining with a great evidence or example that i didn't violate their policy, i've also done that and i'm kept sending this message to them since 5 days, but they're ignoring it.
Any Solutions ??
