Which professional Amazon reinstating help you guys recommend?

Doing it yourself is the best way, that way you have most control over the POA

Figure out exactly where you went wrong and just type up a bullet format response addressing the issues, and showing the steps you're taking moving forward to avoid the same issues from occurring again

I've gotten my POAs accepted every time... just don't blame them, and make sure you address every issue they outline.

Do it by your own, search for the required info and learn, this is the best way to do it.

There's specialized lawyer for that, but for sure, the best way is to learn by yourself

I would only ever say seek help if there is a language problem. I bet most of those guys just have a few cut and paste templates and its only time before Amazon catches on if they have not yet.
