Default Amazon account is at risk of deactivation

Hi, tried to sell FBA sent some of my items got 4 sales 1 negative which got removed by amazon but my order defect rate for FBA is 25% and now I have a warning"Your account is at risk of deactivation". My FBM order defect rate is 0.3%. Is this really can get me shut down? this account is aged and has many sales through FBM. Should i write to seller support and ask to change the defect rate since they removed that negative ?
Thanks

Keep selling, aged account is not that weak if this is the only listing having high defective rate. They could shut it down, but that won't be so hard to get it back. take that flag as a serious warning. Not a huge deal.
BTW, FBM and FBA were counted separatelly, just so you know they can remove your FBA selling privilege. That is what you need to worry about.

So there is no need to write to seller support ?

Not really needed. Even if you want to contact Amazon to explain your situation, you can try to talk to seller performance but not seller support. Cuz seller support will simply tells you they will forward your case to other department.

The thing is how come an aged accout and only have one listing having defective issue and they warning you about ban your account? Usually they just ban your listing, and if it is not authentic issues, the yellow block has nothing to worry about. Unless, that is the only FBA listing your are selling on that account.

Since they didn't flag you to review your account, and not saying shut down your listing at this moment. Just be little more careful and use your own way to make the defective rate lower, then you should be good.
