I have a question:

Laptop MAC address + new exclusive IP with IPBurger is it safe?

Without replacing the router?

IP is one part of the equation - what are you're other steps?

MAC is still not an issue

I have a mobile sim card router....and there Is no possibility to change Mac address.
My idea Is to buy Fresh IP and go with same router

Amazon/eBay they cannot see your MAC address, no point in changing that.

If IP Burger doesn't have what you need you can ask to 24vc.com which is also part of this forum marketplace but if you have the possibility to get a different IP from the one you use for the suspended account you are good to go.

If you have the doubt you might be using a reused address change ISP for your SIM and you will have a brand new pool of IP to use.
