So far i heard there is no such "block" just an ignore.

I got my money already without even writing to the Amazon. They automatically released funds after 90 days.
Also, they answered me. Yeah,the message i got was after 4 months of trying.
So imo there is always a chance.

So your account got ignored like me and then after 90 days they just release your funds?

Yes they did. I did not even have to contact them. It was done automatically.
