Amz request invoice and auth. letter.

this is becoming a more common occurance now. Amazon are requesting such information more and more frequently. Its to prevent all the "f**es" that are on the market

If its an automated request for an invoice those are easier to pass than having competitors flag your listings/complain.

Submitting ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoices these days can get you perm suspended, keep that in mind

The account was created 9 days ago.

I think the mail is automatic and to prevent any problems because they do not accuse me of anything. They say I'm selling articles of which the authenticity is disputed but it is not about complaints or anything.

For invoices There is no problem…but I do not know where to find a letter of auth. do you have a suggestion?

They don't if you it was well made, but they call the number and if they cannot verify you they ask for more information and account remains suspended.

yeah it was a serious question...and what i mean is...lets say someone had a wholesaler with full website, phone #s etc/real invoice..amazon never called yet didnt accept invoice....how would amazon know it was f@#e...do thy send the asin police?

The thing is they call in 99% of the cases so if they cannot confirm the invoice with the vendor they say that they cannot reactivate your account as they do not have sufficient information to do so. And no matter how many good POAs you send them they repeat this like a loophole 3-4 times until the account is done. Very nasty dealing with amazon these days....

yeah but i know they didnt call at all..i asked the distributor ...

Ok so you are saying that you provided legit invoice and they did no accept it? What message did you receive from them?

yeah real and they did not contact wholesaler..

reply was basically "was unverifiable" which doesnt make sense since they didnt try to verify...

Well that is strange what was their wording exactly if they cannot verify them they usually say that they do not have sufficient information to reactivate the account. Did you send POA?

wasnt requesting a poa...just to email invoices...my account got the "inauthentic claim" from the bots...omne of the asins i havent even sold so clearly no one can claim inauthentic haha

Yes they can this is a standard practice now on all new AZ accounts all accounts are bot vetted with inauthentic claim no matter if item is sold or not, once it is listed is enough. I meant what did you receive as a response after submitting the invoices to them?
