| AmaLOCK | 01-11-2019 08:49 AM | Re: Suspended for Invoice + Auth. letter No....
I Need an authorization letter.... and invoice... |
Re: Suspended for Invoice + Auth. letter HI AmaLock,
this is becoming a more common occurance now. Amazon are requesting such information more and more frequently. Its to prevent all the "f**es" that are on the market |
| Beautiful | 01-11-2019 01:03 PM | Re: Suspended for Invoice + Auth. letter If its an automated request for an invoice those are easier to pass than having competitors flag your listings/complain.
Submitting ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoices these days can get you perm suspended, keep that in mind |
| AmaLOCK | 01-11-2019 04:10 PM | Re: Suspended for Invoice + Auth. letter Thank you all for the answers.
The account was created 9 days ago.
I think the mail is automatic and to prevent any problems because they do not accuse me of anything. They say I'm selling articles of which the authenticity is disputed but it is not about complaints or anything. |

Is this a serious question? like if they dont call the wholesaler/distributor...how can they say its not verifiable u know? | The thing is they call in 99% of the cases so if they cannot confirm the invoice with the vendor they say that they cannot reactivate your account as they do not have sufficient information to do so. And no matter how many good POAs you send them they repeat this like a loophole 3-4 times until the account is done. Very nasty dealing with amazon these days.... |

yeah real and they did not contact wholesaler..
reply was basically "was unverifiable" which doesnt make sense since they didnt try to verify... |
Re: Suspended for Invoice + Auth. letter Well that is strange what was their wording exactly if they cannot verify them they usually say that they do not have sufficient information to reactivate the account. Did you send POA? |

wasnt requesting a poa...just to email invoices...my account got the "inauthentic claim" from the bots...omne of the asins i havent even sold so clearly no one can claim inauthentic haha |
Re: Suspended for Invoice + Auth. letter Yes they can this is a standard practice now on all new AZ accounts all accounts are bot vetted with inauthentic claim no matter if item is sold or not, once it is listed is enough. I meant what did you receive as a response after submitting the invoices to them? |

3 times they replied with this same template canned email basically..the account is made with a real new llc under a family members info/address etc so its not even really a stealth i guess...and the invoices are real..so no clue at this point...

| livingtree | 02-21-2019 12:47 PM | Re: Suspended for Invoice + Auth. letter I just had the same problem. Tried to verify with invoices and authorization letter but it says the same message. Now the account have no more appeals left so it’s basically dead. Not sure why it happened since the created invoices and letter was made exactly to the manufacturer website. Did not receive no calls either. Anyone know what I did wrong ? |
| munkron | 02-21-2019 01:09 PM | Re: Suspended for Invoice + Auth. letter I've had the same issue these days. It's not like I'm doing a major brand, I own the brand on another account. They just keep repeating the same exact nonsense, seems to be an issue everyone is experiencing.

Ok guys it's very simple. Amazon has a list of suppliers that are white listed. They also do their research on any new supplier that an amazon account provided an invoice for. If they deem it an illegitimate (in their eyes supplier), they'll give you that template. It means they don't recognize your supplier as a supplier. It doesn't matter if the invoices are real or not. | Let’s say the brand I’m selling is xxx and I go to xxx.com and make a creative invoice stating that all products are bought from xxx.com and all the information is based on their website . how can it not be a verified supplier ?
This is what’s happening with me now |

This is what’s happening with me now | It could work I know many people that do that very thing
But if you want the highest rate of success, you'll need legit vendors that amazon knows of, accepting the call to confirm stock purchases |
| livingtree | 02-21-2019 04:39 PM | Re: Suspended for Invoice + Auth. letter I summited invoices with phone number that can be verified but amazon never called | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 10:21 PM. | |
