What to do if Amazon asking for invoices for items not sold yet?
 

Hi.

Amazon ask me to send them invoices to check authentic for items i am not sold yet. the reason them ask that is maybe because i have list them and Amazon want a approved for that items (My app just sync EAN's from supplier to my inventory, i am not was try to force list a not approved items) but i have not sold them yet.. and all of them authentic..

The account is INACTIVE now, how to provide them to sell the products? can i buy the products from my supplier after got suspended and send them the invoices?

You can do that but there is not guarantee that they will be accepted. My legit ones were denied.

You did as they ask for? exactly the as the Quantity you have in your inventory and etc?

Yes invoice should match the quantity you have in stock plus sold or even exceed it. But this is not the real problem.

Amazon is constantly asking for invoices. From what I read on the forum and my experience it could on the 1st month of account opening or it could be 1 year after. And the real problem is that sometimes they decide to deny legit invoices just because they do not like something... So after all the work one have put in the account they leave you hanging with legit stock and hold your money! It seems that the only people who will be making any money off amazon are the ones who are selling amazon services on the forum.

With me success rate have been only 50% one of my invoice was rejected being authentic. But booras please update us if you decide to use authentic invoices and if they approved them....

New. Send them Invoices and they still ask for Invoices..

Seems they do not accept them. They will keep asking if you send them the same documents. Same happened to me...

It depends. Did you provide them creative invoices or real ones as you stated you could buy from your supplier?

Now after send it in another format and not camera shot (now is scanned) i got this email:

:Hello,

We are still reviewing your account. We will send you an email when we finish the review.
Sincerely,
Seller Performance Team"

I really hope it works for you. Mine did not work were legit too.
