Using real name Payoneer with Amazon US stealth account

Got some questions regarding the use of Payoneer with Amazon US stealth account:

1) Can I use Payoneer (under my real name) and receive disbursements from a stealth Amazon US account (different name)?
IIRC someone mentioned Payoneer now checks for names mismatches.

2) Does Payoneer disclose my name to Amazon for disbursements?

3) What are the transfer fees from Amazon US to Payoneer?
I don't mind a small flat fee but hoping it's not a percentage like 1 or 2%.
