I want to return a few items that are still within the return window.
(They have cost me time so I don't want to keep the orders)
I called Amazon customer service to request they send me the return labels to my email address, but their response was they could only send this request to another department and I had to wait 24 hours.
I am concerned that this sounds like stinking garbage to me.
Will I be able to return these items?

Once an account is closed there’s only one department that can actually view the account apparently! They should still email you with the return labels you need |
Re: ofm@amazon closed my account, can I return my recent orders? I wouldn't risk returning the items back to Amazon. Is it worth chasing them up for returns labels, and then potentially even a refund?
It's not worth the hassle. I'd just flog the items on eBay. |

is there any way they can refuse to refund upon return as the account was closed?

I was using a new IP address and I know at one point I accessed the account with my old IP address for a second so maybe this was how was linked. |

I ordered from Amazon a set of f&d 5.1speaker, but unfortunately when I received my order and after opening package I found that the woofer was missing, after that I registered complaint on Amazon help desk on 21st march, but they told me that they send correct item, and also tell that they can't help because they sent correct item. So please help me out from this problem.kindly please help.

I ordered from Amazon a set of f&d 5.1speaker, but unfortunately when I received my order and after opening package I found that the woofer was missing, after that I registered complaint on Amazon help desk on 21st march, but they told me that they send correct item, and also tell that they can't help because they sent correct item.
