Amz asked evidence that demonstrate that account has complied with policy
 

Hi,

My account was suspended due to ODR higher than 1% (buyer left negative feedback because some didn't receive their order and also late delivery). On top of the details on the root cause, actions have been taken to resolve the issue and action taken to prevent the issue from happening in the future, now Amazon requires to provide "Greater detail on evidence or examples that demonstrate that your account has complied with our policy."

I really have no idea what information I should include as an evidence. Any advice?

That is their new generic suspension email that came out probably a couple months ago

They want a well worded POA addressing the issues on the account in great detail, making sure you cover everything they could have had a problem with

Bullet points with detailed steps to resolve the problems is your best bet

This seems like a refinement process. Amazon wants the best of the best selling on their platform. This way they will week out all sellers who are not up to their standards and make room for high performing sellers.

As Beautiful has said already, your best bet is to sound as professional as possible in your letter.
