Default Two accounts - same home

If I run two accounts in the same home from two different brand new computers and two different ISP's, do I need to worry about the other IP or connection being in the same range? Will Amazon be able to detect? from both computers even though both are completely separate?

I hope I worded this out correctly. May be overthinking things.

Thanks

If ISP are different IP pool will be different.
I guess you are not connecting via wifi... if you are using wifi be sure the same access point is not used by both for any reason or mistake.

You're overthinking.

I run 6 Amazon and 6 ebay accounts from the same PC in the same room in the same house.

They cant see your MAC address and I use TOR as my only IP privacy tool which works perfectly.

How long have you run your accounts like this? I have heard from other people that they also run their stealth accounts like you and have no problem until one of their accounts was suspended, then the remaining was suspended due to related account

I put you as someone that knew how to safely operate/manage stores

You're using TOR??

That is going to cause problems eventually

Amazon does not want to see your account activity from the US and then 10 other countries in the same day.

Different internet providers. Everything is different I am just in the same location. The ghost guide was a bit confusing. SO many things about MAC address. If it is a different computer, then the MAC addresses would be different correct considering the routers, modems and internet providers are different.

Thanks

I have not set up the accounts yet. Will the Internet companies create two separate AP?

I am planning on doing each by Wifi or one by WiFi and one dial up.

Thanks

Interesting method to say the least. Personally, I prefer to play it safe than sorry and use a new VM each time and a fresh Dedicated IP.

The facts speak for themselves multiple Ebay accounts for over a well over a decade, with Amazon since 2012.

Naivety lead me to this approach, it has worked flawlessly - I have never had and account banned.

Self inflicted VERO run-ins is my only issue. I can manage this, it goes with the territory.

Dont get me wrong, I understand the stealth approach as suggested by the guide and some regular posters on here. Personally I think its scaremongering and overkill......and account service selling tactics.

You need to make sure you're on a different IP address and MAC Address.

Best to get a VPS.

We do in as much as it is a fact they cannot see your MAC address.

I find this very amazing, are you using VMware for those accounts?

so for IP Address solution, are you only using TOR Browser? is there any additional settings?

Thanks in advanced

Here's the tale.

6 months ago I got a warning from Amazon following an IP Rights Owner complaint. Had to do a plan of action etc etc etc .

Now before i submitted anything I googled for similar issues and landed here. I must admit it was quite an eye opener and I didn't even know VMware existed, nor that anyone purchased Dedicated IP's.

In my naivety ( some would call it stupidity or ignorance) I'd been using nothing more than TOR and a big dollop of common sense.

Same PC I've had for about 5 years now. Not a single issue whatsoever. No bans, no linked accounts from Amazon nor ebay.

Having separate and unique setups is far from overkill, its pretty much the standard when it comes to operating multiple stores.

You get what you put into the stores, if you want something easy you'll be at higher risk than someone that spent more time creating a unique and safe setup

I can tell you from experience that using TOR will eventually cause issues for you for the simple reason that your account activity will look sporadic. The IPs you're also using over TOR are heavily used and recycled IPs.

Hopefully for your case you never run into issues, but if it was me, and I valued the stores I was operating, I would have a safer setup. Never too late to upgrade!

Hey, that's why I ended up hanging around, I'm not stupid enough to think that matters wont change but so far so good.

I rotate my accounts so getting them all linked is highly unlikely by if I do get any linking and I believe its due to TOR I'll be sure to report back.

TBH I've quite enjoyed investigating vmware but still stand by the idea that with the huge increase in VPN use that Amazon etc simply have to recognise that folk will use them - many of them innocently with genuine good quality accounts like me. It would be impractical to ban anyone who innocently uses a mainstream VPN.

I've seen it said on here that using 'market leaders' like Nord etc will get you banned, Personally I think that is absolute rubbish.

What I will do though is create a stealth account and run it through nothing more than Epic browser with tunnelbear VPN as its free. I suspect I'll be okay due to the large dollop of common sense I will apply too. I will report back with my findings

99.9% of account links and non-sale related matters are down to lack of understanding, stupidity or carelessness IMO.
