Account on review, seemingly indefinitely... help!
 
So I got a note saying that my account was on review, and that they would not be giving me any money while this was the case.

...but I could go ahead and keep on selling as long as I shipped everything...

They told me that they wanted to see me get more positive feedback.

Finally, they told me they would get back to me...whenever...and if I kept writing in to ask, they may not answer.

So I wrote all my buyers, got another 15 positive 5 star feedback...

And sure enough...not answering.

What is going on here? Will they eventually get back to me? How long does this review process go on? And is there anything I can do to expedite it? (I answered their appeal questions...even wrote to jeff@amazon.com.)

Please advise!

How long has this been going on? Normally these reviews can last between 30 and 45 days.

the review will take a lot longer than that. as serajin stated, reviews can take between 30-45 days

Kindly keep asking your customers for feedback give it a little more time

Then send them another POA addressing that you have received x more feedback, all positive, and you have already tried reaching out to all your customers for more feedback

Explain that you will eagerly follow up with any future customers to request feedback but you ultimately cannot control if people do or do not leave feedback

If you got perfect metrics, mention that

Won't that come back to hurt me?

Or do I simply say that I changed my mind...?

But just to clarify... I am not someone that could use the FBA, even if I wanted to.

Can I just say that I intend to use it...and then not use it. And would the intention get me off review possibly...?

If saying that worked for one person, it doesn't mean it will 100% guarantee work for you also.

Its a velocity review, just ask for some feedback from your customers and wait out the time.
