Has anyone gotten this kind of suspension?
 
Has anyone gotten this kind of suspension? I have had a few accounts in the past but it seems their suspensions are being worded differently and now they even say they might hold funds permanently instead of 90 days? How do I even demonstrate that I did not violate their restricted product policy? What evidence or documentation do they want? Will my funds still be disbursed in 90 days if the appeal is denied?

Has your account been deactivated in error?

Never. Amazon changes their messages sometimes.

Ive only had suspension emails stating ive broken "code of conduct" or "opened an account to bypass suspension" and a few others.

Its all the same garbage. The monkey / bot will make up what ever they want and send it as your reason.

They have done it before 2018. I remember it going back to 2016 at least they just never used to tell people that’s what they were doing

The reason why is plain to see in the letter, unauthorized goods were listed, it seems that they will let you appeal, it took me 4 months to get an account reinstated and that was because my metrics went over 1%. You have a long road ahead of you if you are appealing the suspension.

Amazon have been 'permanently' holding funds for good while now.

I'd be intrigued to know the total amount of funds that they have kept is.

I have seen several cases recently like this with the same suspension notice.

We have worked on a few of them. Reason is in the message...

once again, a good plan of action will be able to reinstate your account
