Maybe it's time to start registering in an adjacent state. Also, has anyone considered that Amazon probably knows when you use gift cards to register, and they likely suspend these accounts quickly?
Can they differentiate betwixt a gift card and credit card? This does not all seem encouraging news as I have been suspended and just ordered a new gift card with new computer, new address, new name, etc.
They can only verify account # right? Not name on account? Once I get card I'm now for certain they will suspend my new account now.
Yep: each and every 'card' used has a unique set of numbers. All of these big players 'know' the basics of a card by looking at its numbers. There will be a story in the numbers either acceptable or unacceptable.

Just saying that when someone keeps trying to register in the same general area with gift cards and such, it probably makes them suspicious. Why not register a buyer's account first, buy some inconsequential items like penny books, and then register to sell. The fact that a new PC, never seen before by Amazon, is now registering to sell is probably a little suspicious.
Like I said, take it slower with a buyer's account first. How many people just jump right into selling on Amazon without ever (to Amazon's knowledge) ever having been on their site before?
Maybe, but as vicvelcro has said, a lot of scammers are moving from eBay (since the purges) to Amazon, and I am sure that Amazon is a LOT more careful these days. Sure you will get on in the short run and everything looks fine, but sooner or later a bot alerts a real person to look at your account and then their "one suspicion, you're out of here" policy comes into play.
Start over...User a separate windows id for amazon....Don't add the bank for starters...also try listing one item which is in a different category than you've ever listed before. If it dosen't work try #1...keep trying with different catergories until it does
