Do I need setup different LLC for each stealth accounts?

I used same LLC for 3 different stealth accounts before, but it was 3 years ago. Now 2 of the 3 accounts was suspended(but not because linkage).

I am not sure if the rule has changed during these years. So can I use this LLC for the new setup stealth accounts, or I have to setup new LLC?

No you dont need a new LLC for each account, you can create a stealth account under the stealth infrastructure.

I know the guide is dated but there is still alot of good info in there for beginners.

So can I use the old LLC for the new stealth account that need tax info?

My situation is strange. The old LLC has the suspended address on it, and I provided to amazon, but it worked for 3 stealth accounts at the same time. Now 2 of the 3 account got suspended (not because LLC link).

No you cannot have any overlapping information on accounts, you need to have a new IP, bank, ein, PC etc etc.

You dont need to create new companies though for each stealth account.

So if I don't need setup new company, how can I get EIN?

Just apply to irs.org as sole proprietor, using new name/address?

Same name can be used just a tibit. Its not advised but I have reused my real name and my account is coming on 6 months now, like $40,000 in sales so far. Still up and running.

Ya but doesn't the tax interview ask for an actual person + LLC name?

And Amazon check if the actual person's name matches LLC records?
