About a month ago, I tried to sign-in to my Amazon account, it accepted the password at first, but after I entered the 2FA code, the next screen said that my password was incorrect.
I have tried several times to reset my password and it doesn't accept that password either. I read online that this could mean my account is "on hold" by Seller Performance; however, upon contacting them, I have not received a response. The best Seller Support has done for me is say I need to email Seller Performance...
Does anyone have an idea as to what may be happening with my account? I have thousands of units of inventory in fulfillment centres that I can't even create removal orders for if they're suspending my account permanently.
