Order Defect Rate question

Hi so I recently got an A-to-Z claim on my account which affects ODR. From what I read, we should aim to be below 1% for this. Right now, my ODR rate is around .4% because of this claim , if I want to bring this down to 0%, do I still need to keep selling? Or will this eventually get down to 0% even if I don't sell for 60 days?
