Default New machine, new computer, or factory reset?

Hi guys,

If I have a laptop that has a banned amazon account, would factory restoring the laptop give me a clean slate? Or do I need a new device / machine?

Factory restore is fine. Amazon can't see your computers MAC address. Just be sure to use a Fresh IP address when you access Amazon also.

I'm confused, is a new user account on the same computer no longer enough ? My experience is with eBay only, is it different for AMazon?

If this is a native account, try using a virtual server. So there is less chance to repeat this problem. But use a reliable server. Do not be afraid to spend money on it. It helps
