This is insane, Can anyone help me?
 

Can anyone help me with the situation I am in?
I got suspended from Amazon 10 days ago with no warning, no emails, no phone calls, no nothing. I went to bed one night turned off the TV, when I woke up the next day and turned on the TV it said I had to reregister my Amazon devices. I tried to use my Amazon ECHO to turn on lights, to unlock my front door, to operate my fire TV nothing works absolutely nothing. As to why this is happening I have no idea.
I am a disabled guy, I can’t move from the neck down, so I everything in my house’s program from my Amazon account.
I’ve called Amazon every day, for the last 10 days to the customer service and I can’t get past them. They are not looking into it and I don’t think they have any intentions to fix it. I’ve screamed at them, I was sweet to them, nothing they don’t hear it they keep reading from the script.
I don’t know what to do I have a lot of money invested in this house to operate with my voice through my Amazon account. I am struggling here and they don’t want to hear it.
I am not a seller, I have never been a seller I buy products for personal use. I’m a good customer and they decided to suspend me and not give me a reason.
Am I ever going to get my account back?
Would anyone here have any advice or how I can get past customer service? Or is this a dead issue. Thank you all for your time in reading this.

Can't you just make a new amazon account and register your devices to the new account? Otherwise, I'd call my bank and dispute every transaction made to Amazon, on the basis that they've discontinued your ability to use the products.

I’m not sure if I open up a new Account if that would hurt me. They might just suspend my new one. They will have my IP address, my address, etc. I’m not sure what to do this is so frustrating.

Have you recently returned a ton of items purchased on Amazon?

The amazon ghost guide might be of help, but there's a chance your devices all have unique identifiers that would give you away.

As you're not a seller, what do you have to lose that you haven't lost already if you go all out?

Ring up a hungry journalist on FOX news, get a no win, no fee lawyer.
They'll help you let the world know that there's a risk with buying Amazon devices, and they can (unjustly) render the devices useless at their discretion. That sort of bad press will get people thinking twice before purchasing Amazon devices.

At that point, it won't be unusual for Amazon to come around and blame it on some 'mistake' or 'misunderstanding.'

No, I have not returned anything. I don't even give reviews or comments. I go on Amazon to buy a product, watch prime video. That's it nothing more and I am suspended for doing so.

Might as well file a complaint with the BBB, and your States attorney general as well

I thank you all for your comments and suggestions. I just feel screwed for no reason!
