This is insane, Can anyone help me?
Can anyone help me with the situation I am in?
I got suspended from Amazon 10 days ago with no warning, no emails, no phone calls, no nothing. I went to bed one night turned off the TV, when I woke up the next day and turned on the TV it said I had to reregister my Amazon devices. I tried to use my Amazon ECHO to turn on lights, to unlock my front door, to operate my fire TV nothing works absolutely nothing. As to why this is happening I have no idea.
I am a disabled guy, I can’t move from the neck down, so I everything in my house’s program from my Amazon account.
I’ve called Amazon every day, for the last 10 days to the customer service and I can’t get past them. They are not looking into it and I don’t think they have any intentions to fix it. I’ve screamed at them, I was sweet to them, nothing they don’t hear it they keep reading from the script.
I don’t know what to do I have a lot of money invested in this house to operate with my voice through my Amazon account. I am struggling here and they don’t want to hear it.
I am not a seller, I have never been a seller I buy products for personal use. I’m a good customer and they decided to suspend me and not give me a reason.
Am I ever going to get my account back?
Would anyone here have any advice or how I can get past customer service? Or is this a dead issue. Thank you all for your time in reading this.
