Default Risky items

I sell some “risky” products on amazon. Is it best to:

A. List on the official brand page
B. List the product under my brand and just post the name and the pictures
C. List the product under someone else’s brand who is doing B. (Piggyback)

To avoid detection and suspension? Because, the brand I am selling is not technically a restricted brand, however, amazon will restrict you often for selling the brand and ask for more information. So I see all of the other sellers doing one of these 3 things and I was just wondering what you guys think is best.

Option A, just have your documentation ready if they request.

Option A is like an automatic ban. It’s like the equivalent of suicide botting 24 hours a day on your runescape account while you’re at school and ****, like when you were 12 years old. It’s b or c guys.

Why the hell are you even asking the question in the first place.

For opinions. I’ve done them all and I know A is automatic invoices. Listing on a brand page is asking for the brand to **** with you. The customer also has an expectation of quality that is not quite as high if you’re on someone else’s listing. If you buy a sharpie from sharpie and that mother****er costs $10 it better write black as hell and wet as water. But if you get it for $5 from a 3rd Party Listing and it comes, looks the same, and is maybe a little dry at first or something, you might not jump right on your little amazon app and report the listing cause you got a good deal and aren’t assuming sharpie ****ed up.

So that being said, would you list your subpar quality sharpies on the official sharpie page, someone else’s sharpie listing, or create your own?

Crack on.
Yes exactly. That is the dilemma. The question is whether or not it is riskier to be the one creating the counterfeit asin or to piggyback on those who already have.
