Opening a new account

My seller account is dead with address A, I have another two buyer accounts with address B, and used to buy something and ship to address C.

I am wondering if I open a new account using my roommate's info. Which Address I should use(A,B,C). Her buyer account has the same IP address with my blocked seller( I am thinking to use cellphone hotspot), Will her seller account linked to her buyer account, which linked to my blocked account info?
