Amazon seller performance is literally retarded
In May had 3 listings blocked by amazon safety team, they request I send product safety testing docs to seller support (I do) and the case says it was forwarded to another team and answered.
Weeks later I create another SS case asking for an update, the rep says theres nothing wrong and I can sell these ASIN's (I dont trust.)
I open another SS case, they say I must contact the PQ team instead (I do, no response)
I create another SS case asking for an update, they say I must contact Seller Performance (I email them, include the issue and the safety test docs, NO RESPONSE, CASE SET TO "ANSWERED")
Yesterday I reopen this case asking if they got the doc and if I can sell on these ASIN's.
Does Amazon employ circus clowns or are they all literally retarded? I am so frustrated with these morons, especially with the monkeys at seller performance.
