How to create utility bill if I used passport of another person(I have no idea who that is) as well as the address?

Of course there are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ utilities, but recently one of members posted that Amazon calls to providers of utilities.

You can either "be creative" with your utility bill and have a slim chance of unsuspending your account or just leave it there to lose the account.

Amazon calling providers of utilities is a hoax IMHO. But to avoid that probability, you can choose an utility company that deal with customer support differently (just call them yourself to see what fits your purpose most)

It's not a hoax. But it's also pretty random.

You do need to give that utility bill that they are asking for though.
There really is no other way.

You will be one in a million if you got a rep going the extra mile calling those utilities providers.
They have ways to check the authenticity of the docs you submitted.

Is that for real? At least here in Europe, privacy laws would forbid providers to give any information of their customers to a third party. I can't imagine US privacy laws being more lax.

As outlines by the thread talking about reps calling providers, theyre using different tricks and methods of authenticating a utility bill.

In US,there seems to be a way to find out from the address whose name is on the utility account.
You know some apt complex,utilities are included in rent so the apt owner/management company name is on the utility account

Only way I could imagine would be an amz rep calling in at the utility comp posing as the respective customer and asking stuff about the invoice. But that would be against the law, wouldn't it?

What's the way then when others create tons of accounts for others names and they even sell those accounts here. I know for sure there is some technique: dark net scan docs with utilities and bank statements...

I saw ⊗⊗⊗⊗ utilities are being sold online. Well, as I understand I need testing and testing to find out my own way.

Its definitely possible that they could be calling utility companies

But I think its very unlikely they are doing it the majority of the time

I believe the majority of the time they are just looking at the quality of the information being submitted, so we should all be fine

Beautiful,stop the BS .Your barely able to pass the utility bill stuff yourself.I know how your whole operation runs.The accounts you sell are aged and come from the time before amazon was so strict.I challenge you to make 10 accounts in a row brand new,and then tell people how many out of those 10 passed inspection.

go rent an apt and open an account with the utility company,cancel the account after AMZN approves

We learn how to play Amazon's system by finding loopholes and getting creative. Eventually Amazon Seller Support associates learn from us and counter-strike.

I used to work for a utility company, we are trained to provide this information only to those responsible for the bill. Outsiders aren't supposed to get this information, and there's information the caller needs to verify that only those who have detailed info about the person can provide

Thank you. Exactly my thoughts.

Also one could test this by just calling in at AT&T for example, posing as an AMZ rep and asking questions about your real bill. Lets see how much they give out. My bet is still: ZERO.

Not true, as long as you are using an updated form of the utility bill, then you're good to go.
