Default Do emails to Seller-Performance@amazon.com automatically enter a waste disposal bin /

Has anyone ever gotten a response from Seller-Performance@amazon.com by emailing them a question / statement? For example "Hey Seller Performance, im changing my deposit method just a heads up" "Okay, no problem -Seller Performance"? It appears that their email is a blackhole / garbage bin which never responds. And if they do respond to you, do they give human written responses to your specific question or is it vague cookie-cutter templates? Whats your experience?

I sell 99% on amazon.ca. FYI seller-performance@amazon.ca is a dead email (drops all emails), but is still used by amazon for messaging you about policies etc. Not sure if emailing seller-performance@amazon.com for your Amazon.ca account would be counterproductive.

that department is not for mundane account inquiries like that example whatsoever

that department controls the active status and the verification of important documents

their emails consist of "your account has been reinstated..." or "we dont have enough information to reinstate your account..."

when my account got destroyed by competitors, every clown told me to email that email addy among others. glad i didnt waste my time. the only time i actually ever got a real american on the phone that didnt just blow me off was when i finally got suspended for high defect. AMZ is an absolute joke. anyone can do whatever the fxck they want to your account and no one will actually look at it until you are suspended and they reach out from one of those spoofed non-working Washington phone numbers.

I asked Notice for the complete IP complaint I received and got nothing....... Im pretty sure these accounts just have damn checkmarks to respond. They dont ever type anything in.

Sent them a message before when they changed their shipping pages (shipped, unshipped etc order pages) about 2 months ago and got a human response albeit robotic. The change pushed all my orders backward a day making them late, so I definitely let them know it as they're so keen on keeping me in line.

Basically asked for some sort of immunity from the high LSR. So even though my LSR was over policy for about a week nothing happened. Anyone's guess but there could have been some sort of note left on my account about the problem.

OR I got lucky and whoever reviewed my account decided not to suspend (without seeing my correspondence with AMZ) ... if I got reviewed.

The response was more or less thanks for letting us know. No confirmation that I was safe from suspension. Real reassuring, fking nutsacks.

I had an issue now since mid May, few asins were labeled unsafe by the amz saftey team and to upload docs to seller support (i did) if I want to appeal this. Made about 12 cases with seller support, multiple emails to PQ team, seller performance, jeff, phone calls etc, and cant get ANY answer back from "amz safety team" about these asins.

Literally retarded.

Was suggested to call amazon captive team (you gotta call the monkeys at seller support first and ask to be transferred), was on the phone with a monkey for over an hour, and kept saying my question does not warrant transfer to captive team.

Worst part is im using a pay as you go # on my seller account, costs $0.18 USD per min talk to these broken English retards. Paid like $15 USD to listen to a monkey for 1.5 hours. Infuriating.

I want to relist on these 3 asins because I have a bunch of inventory but dont want to risk my account as I have not been given the go ahead by amz safety team (and I dont expect them to reply). I wouldnt be suprised if they fixed the asins but im not risking it until I get a confirmation.
