I had an issue now since mid May, few asins were labeled unsafe by the amz saftey team and to upload docs to seller support (i did) if I want to appeal this. Made about 12 cases with seller support, multiple emails to PQ team, seller performance, jeff, phone calls etc, and cant get ANY answer back from "amz safety team" about these asins.
Literally retarded.
Was suggested to call amazon captive team (you gotta call the monkeys at seller support first and ask to be transferred), was on the phone with a monkey for over an hour, and kept saying my question does not warrant transfer to captive team.
Worst part is im using a pay as you go # on my seller account, costs $0.18 USD per min talk to these broken English retards. Paid like $15 USD to listen to a monkey for 1.5 hours. Infuriating.
I want to relist on these 3 asins because I have a bunch of inventory but dont want to risk my account as I have not been given the go ahead by amz safety team (and I dont expect them to reply). I wouldnt be suprised if they fixed the asins but im not risking it until I get a confirmation.
