Account on Hold

Amazon placed my aged seller account on hold and I can’t login for no apparent reason. It keeps saying wrong password even when correct or reset.

Credit card changed 2 weeks ago

Email changed days ago


I keep calling and no one can tell me anything they say account is on hold & an account specialist will contact me within 24 hours but they never do

There is a 40k balance that’s gone & a lot in inventory

Has anyone seen this issue before

If you can't login and you're going through a password reset issue, the shop has been blocked/deleted

It could be the card you added or something else that triggered it

Did you try to contact Amazon buyer side as if you were a buying customer and say you cant logon to place an order?

Did you do anything to the buyer side recently?

I got a reply but it’s weird because I’ve never placed a single order this is a seller account

I have the same issue on my buyer account. I am just going in an endless loop. Its legit info.
