21 day hold, will they suspend my account if i try to withdraw to bank account?

Hey guys I have a dilemma here. My stealth account is almost a year old 24 feedback, my sales really increased this weekend and to top it off i used lots of one day auctions. Well today I check my paypal balance and they have a 21 day hold on my payments that i received over the weekend. They claim because of potential refunds and etc they are holding my funds. And even suggested I should use tracking numbers for orders and ship them and maybe after some feedback they will release the funds earlier. The items I sold were coupons that only require a letter,and a stamp and no DC can be purchased. So its 200 hundred dollars in my paypal 65 is on hold. If I withdraw the 135 will they limit my account? Also should I ship the items that were purchased even though they are holding the funds. And is it safe to still sell?

Normal Paypal practice. Withdraw 100.00, and yes ship your items out.

I see the dilema from OP because its going to be a minimum of $1.64 (roundabout) to ship first class + confirmation through pp or eb. Where a single stamp would be much less.

I believe cost wise the only option is to wait 21 days. Anything that is available now you can withdraw.

Question, I have one last item to sell on a stealth account, and judging from the bad luck I have had with buyers lately I am going to ensure I get payment for this and it is cleared. Its an electronic, and I was just wondering because I have had serious issues with the holds. Can I just request on the buying page for eBay that I will not ship for 21 days? Change the handling time to 21 days? That way the money will clear and the hold is gone, I can withdraw, THEN ship the item. After that I am done. I was just wondering if this is possible because I just honestly can't afford to get ripped off anymore and these holds easily make it possible. I've hit a horrible bout of luck with fraudulent buyers lately. The item is probably about $1,800 or so. Thanks!
