Paypal limited and Ebay account suspend, can i still withdraw to my bank account

Hi there, i recently got both my ebay account suspended and my paypal account limited. They were both linked together under the same information. My question is, "can i still withdraw the $3000 that is in my paypal account"? I heard that if your ebay account is suspended, it is not possible to withdraw from my paypal account that got limited. Can someone please help me with this. Is Paypal allowed to do this? I have another account in the same situation right now with about $1000 also. I can wait the 180 days to withdraw, i just need to know if it will be possible. Got a lot of bills to pay off!

if your paypal acc is limited, you wont be able to withdraw. You can either appeal to lift the limitation or wait 180 days to withdraw..

if the paypal account has a fixable limitation, you can go through the steps to resolve the limitation. If it's a permanent limitation "parting ways" email, then you will have to wait the 180 days.

You will need to start over with a new ebay and paypal account. I would never, ever keep that much money tied up in a paypal account.

Thanks for the info. The reason i have that much in my account is because i sold and made money very quickly and if you pull it out to fast, Paypal will limit your account right away. My account was new and they limited me because i was making too much money too fast.

I understand that i have to wait 180 days before i can withdraw my funds. My question is what if my EBAY account is suspended along with my PAYPAL account being limited. Will they keep my money or will i still be able to withdraw after 180 days.

I know that if my ebay account was NOT suspended but my paypal account was limited, i will be able to withdraw after 180 days.
