Amazon ungating suspensions

I had an amazon account recently that was suspended because they said that i had provided ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoices.

but those same invoices had allowed me to ungate other categories successfully. i was ungated in the dvd and music categories, easily.

i was told that there are some categories that amazon simply suspends - that being the popular music and popular dvd categories - and now i have learned for myself that this seems to be true.

they are sticking to their story that the invoices are ⊗⊗⊗⊗, and are refusing to answer any further questions.

anyone have any insight...is there more scrutiny for certain categories?

too, any hope of having this situation turn around, to get the account reactivated?

Its very risky doing high end brand approvals these days.

I know several ungating providers that won't touch brands like Microsoft/HP as the risk for suspension even using legit invoices can be high.

This comes and go throughout the year

Becoming harder, also if you have several approvals at the same time it poses a risk
