Can i get refunds if my amazon buyer account was closed?

Today Amazon send me this email after i only have 10 refunds in this year:

"As we informed you earlier, we have closed this account. This is because you have consistently asked us to issue refunds for a large number of your orders. While we expect the occasional problem with an order, we cannot continue to issue refunds to you at this rate."

. I have a seller that contact me saying the package he shipped to me was lost on the way and he will refund me on Monday which is the 8th

. Can i receive my refund back when refunded me or Amazon just keep my refund money as they state "we cannot continue to issue refunds to you at this rate.? ?

i did not abuse the system , i never request the refunds. The 3rd party sellers refunded me because they lost the packages, miss fulfillment promise or late delivery. And Amazon just closed my account for that?

10 refunds in a year is a lot. Hard to believe that you weren't refund scamming. At any rate, your best bet would be to call them and state your case.
