If you dont answer the call, the account will be suspended. But not to worry, these issues can be appealed against.

Usually just want clarification about your business and inventory and future plans.

You're lucky they even notify you. I've received the notification after missing the phone call hahaha... You do get suspended if you miss it!

Recommending using a forwarding service so you don't miss those calls in the future

Yikes. I am at a 1.9% ODR. I am really nervous because I do have a few ip issues. If it is the ODR that that should be easy.

mine was suspended but it was an ODR issue
ODR was 2%

Thank you! I hope that is what mine is. I just hope I can convince the rep to take it easy on me.

Most wont understand, but the past 45+ days I have several depression and have not left my bed. That caused A-z claims and my account health to go wild because I was going to the PO once a week and never addressing emails. Since I lost the buybox I went from 500+ a month to 60sales. I have no idea how im going to get out of this :/
