The problem with eBay to eBay is that you cannot upload the same tracking number twice. This makes it much more risky b/c tracking will not validate and it may be hard to win item not as described case.

If do engage in both eBay to eBay and Amazon to Amazon arbitrage, I am looking to discuss strategies with others about circumventing the aforementioned challenges. I keep these types of transactions low to mitigate risk.

you can print shipping label and then cancel it later,depends on where your buyer opens a dispute of INR,if Paypal,you could use your seller 's tracking number.
Paypal does not check if the tracking number belonged to someone else .

most buyers want the item,if they do not receive the item,they could first contact the seller before opening a case (unless the seller keeps ignoring them),then the seller would give them his seller's tracking number via Ebay messaging.

Explain how this printing shipping label would work and conditionally cancelling if necessary? And, yes, I meant item not received :)

you can print a cheap USPS label and cancel it within x number of days,when USPS finds out you did not use the label,then it will refund your money.
In the meantime,your seller has shipped his item to the address you gave him,so you know if your buyer asked where is the item,you just give him that tracking number.
The problem comes when the buyer wants to return the item.
and some buyer may get confused ,they thought they are dealing with seller A in state A and the package comes from seller B in state B.

Yes but what is the purpose of printing the shipping label? It’s not going to register any progression of the tracking. Also, for an item not received, that lack of tracking progress would give them more of a case. I guess my question is why even print it in the first place?

you dont have to print any shipping label which is not going to be used,it is up to you.
but it makes you look good in case some buyer does not see the tracking number and wonder what happens?
personally I think time is better spent doing something else than retail arbitrage from ebay to ebay,like reading a book or streaming free movie,or howling at the full moon.
thats just a personal opinion,dont take it too serious
