Default New Amazon Account

1 year and 4 months ago I created an Amazon Seller Account, after 5 minutes was suspended, they told me to add a credit card, as I was adding a debit card, did not know that, added a credit card and sent a message to seller performance team to notify, did not reply back never, kept sending messages to all Amazon departments, called seller support about 15 times and nothing, a person who knows a lot about Amazon issues told me to create another account with the same all information, except the email address, do you think this is a good idea, to create another account, using same information but different email address and after the new account is created notify seller performance that I had to create another new account because the old one could not be verified????

Yes, I had the same thing happen to me. Amazon requires a separate account for selling from the buying account but not two for selling. They also require a separate account for amazon pay. These will obviously be linked and you will have to keep track of them.

Don't ever expect a reply from amazon haha they will never ever answer your question and if they will, they will never give you a straight answer i've heard there are some companies that help with all possible issues with amazon
