Lets say the only feedback I have is a 1/5 star so my feedback is 100% negative.
Will this result in eventual suspension? if so, how long will it take?
Its a extra account. If negative feedback will result in eventual review / suspension Im going to pay friends to buy items from my store and I pay them and have them give me 5 stars.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
What feedback % should I have to limit potential for suspension? Its currently at 100% negative (1/5 feedback) (Only have a single feedback).
Will pay friends to buy inventory and give 5 star. How many 5 stars should I get? If I get a 5 star my negative feedback will be 50% positive. And another it will be 75% positive.

Its not the percentage of feedback. Its the percentage of transactions.

I think that it's all irrelevant. If you have a 100% negative and need "friends and family " to provide made-up feedbacks, the question you really need to ask yourself is just how bad is your product you're selling and/or just how bad is the service you are providing? Your account cannot survive if your customers hate your products or service and return your stuff and leave negative feedbacks anyway so why worry if Ebay shuts you down?

Im not currently selling anything on the account. It was a mistake, was ⊗⊗⊗⊗ inventory I had listed (item didn't exist) someone bought and I had to ship then refund the order.
Its a backup account. If additional successful purchases from relatives and 5 star feedback saves the account from suspension or review I will do it.
What im concerned about is how these affect account health and how much of it would trigger a review / suspension:
1) Negative feedback
2) Amount of orders that are refunded
Time to list some low risk cheap items and build it. If it's aged, it's worth saving. Once you get 10 positives, you'll be at 90% positive, many accounts successfully selling products on Ebay with feedback in the 90's percentage-wise.

why do you keep bringing up Ebay when OP is asking a question of his AMZN account?

I don't think you could get banned but you won't get any buyers later on with 100% negative feedback, so you definitely need to get some positive reviews
There are professional companies that help with gaining positive reviews on e-commerce sites, the one i've heard about is called ninjas level or something?
