i have put new bank details then my account was locked and i have received an email from amazon that say that believe someone else is using my account and ask to change my password after that i tried to add again the bank acc and finally has been lock out with this message" You do not have access to merchant A*********. Please pick a different merchant or marketplace.

when last i put again the new iban i couldnt confirm there were the message error that said we cant confirm is yours then now i am lockd out

Then it means they completely deleted you.

Was the name of the bank holder you put on the amazon page different than the name that was registered on the amazon account?

This does happen sometimes when you change your bank account. Happened to me before when they thought the change was unauthorised, but my new bank was already added ok and didn't need to try adding again.

When you add a new bank, they would ask you to confirm the account number/IBAN of your previous bank for verification. Did you enter those details correctly?

Yes now it is all ok , they have blocked every time 3-4… I was trying to add a new bank account I had received the messages from the performance team that they suspected someone else was using my account and I was doing that from the same IP this funny ,then o called them and emailed to say many times it was me ,after they told to change password and at the end was reinstated ,I think the reason was when I added an IBAN according to that bank I didn't write my real name,indeed when I tried after with different one by putting my real name they didn't block anymore.
