How to best handle this? Should i wait for them to call or should I call them?

I guess they are calling because my ODR has shot up to 1.8%, I am only assuming here. Because of this I went from 500 orders a month to currently 70.

Im just worried i'll miss the phone call and of course they will then suspend me..If I call them is it the same thing? would I get the same kind of rep?

Thanks. Now im nervous. After doing some searching its always these end up to be some IP issues or a violation.

They will call and speak to you. They will go throw the issues and ask you why they happened and how you will resolve them. You will then receive an email listing the issues and ask you for a plan of action on how you will resolve them. If they accept happy days, if not you will have to keep changing the plan of action until they accept it. Sometimes they remove selling privileges whilst this is happening, sometime they don't.

Spend time on the Plan Of Action when you do it.

Just try keep a close eye on the phone for the few days. Freakzilla explained it pretty well.

Hey guys. Got the call today. It was indeed because of my ODR. Now I can sleep alittle better.....

They want a POA within 72hrs. I dont know if that means anything will work or they have to accept it...either way I know what I did wrong so im just going to address the POA as my fault etc.

Sent them the POA. Its past 72hrs. The case still says pending Amazons action so they still need to review it. lets pray!

good luck with your PoA! i've dealt with a few of these from competitors leaving negative feedback. it resulted in an insanely high ODR. i included supporting documents from my manufacturers to demonstrate the products were being sourced legitimately and that seemed to help.
