Question about Tax return of stealth account

Hello everyone,

I have a 3-years Amazon Stealth account. There are two 1099k(2017 and 2018) now. Will Amazon suspend it because of no tax returns?

Is there any possible that IRS will investigate and find out who own this account? The return address is mine. it is easy to find me.

if you sell less than 200 transactions AND $20K,AMZN would not issue 1099K.
But the person ,whose SSN you are using,IRS would add your 2017,2018 income to his account,it could trigger an audit for under reporting his income.

Yes, it happened on another account which i use my friend's SSN.
This stealth account whose SSN i bought online(taobao.com). I think those SNN are not real person, Since they sell huge amount of SSN. Seems SSN are generated by APP.

The transactions is far more than $20K. I just worry about what will happen if no tax return for years. I just finished a brand register on uspto.gov. is there any risk if i authorize the brand to this account?

Not taobao.com generate. someone sells on taobao.com. But those SSN did not work for Amazon about 2 years ago.

It is against the law to use other people SSN.
Unless they are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ones which do not exist.

It was sold as 2 rmb($0.3) each one. do not know the ones exist or not.
