You can add a bank account which will accept mismatching names.
Worldfirst, Payoneer, i think you can use Uaccount if its still working, someone might be able to confirm or correct this.
You can then withdraw to this bank account.

As Garry mentioned, it can be payoneer, worldfirst or any other bank account (US) as long as it's fresh and unused with amazon before.
Names can mismatch - you'll get the $$ regardless.

You can withdraw from the bank but as now a days Amazon verify bank account before they accept withdrawal from the bank. You must need to submit a statement to verify the account attached before withdrawing from Amazon to the Bank.
