I've seen others mention issues with debit cards as well but I'm not having problems with them.

Have you had debit cards denied from major banks?

Yes. I mainly try on US acounts. Have to check multiple way for VCC to go through

It turns out that Amazon has problem with VCCs from a certain bank. All others are going thru now except from that bank. Whenever we use it, the account is flagged for review.
