Has anyone used IPvanish for your stealth account, they have easy kill switch option? Is it good for stealth in VMs?

no experience with IPvanish but have you looked into IPBurger or 24vc?

I expect IPvanish uses a shared IP address for quite a few users which means it’s not great

As James has already implied, those IPs would have been abused to death or have loads of its ranges banned by PayPal so you're just begging to be suspended.
Besides, you can set up your own 'kill switch' using a firewall.

bro you can easily setup kill switch, and please don't use that VPN service, youre only getting yourself into problems. Get IPBurger instead if you really want to use a VPN service.

Best option is to use dongle if you live into that country even VPN also raise issue specially with paypal
