Window 7 or win10 for vmware?

Should i still use windows 7 or use window 10 in vmware? Which one is the most popular right now?

I have not used Windows since like 12 years or so. How has it changed? Is it now a reliable system or does the system crash every now and then?

some like window 7 better than window 10.
I am using Window 10,it works fine with me,but I am not picky.
What I dont like is the new AOL,not only do we have to pay,they also make it less user friendly,I guess the old timers are gone and the new ones are not familar with AOL software.
They just refund us for AOL computer checkup,saying it has bugs .

No MS support for XP but the platform is still useable

Beautiful, do you get no internet connection error when you open Internet Explorer in the VM after installing Windows XP professional? I couldn't download firefox or chrome inside of the VM on Windows XP
