You mis-read what I was stating,it went completely over your head.
I know how to pass the utility bill statement ,not perfectly but its not impossible as being stated by others in this forum.I was trying to give you a clue on what to focus on more.Why is amazon asking for Utilities bills and not other documents such as bank statements,ect...,was a rhetorical question.

One thing I think may be the issue. Amazon states in their peformance notications:

You can send files in .pdf, .png, or .gif format. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible.

At this point Amazon is simply marking the case as answered and giving no response. I have been sending .jpg this entire time. Do you think this is the cause?

All stealth accounts that I created always sent in jpg or pdf format.
Some passed, some did not.

I think this is not the reason.

Same, have always used jpg. But theres nothing to lose by trying to send .png. Have to try all options. As Amazon is currently not accepting anything.

When you do account reactivation, the following document formats are accepted there:


Add documents (Optional)
Add documents to support your Plan of Action. These documents can be invoices, receipts, or letters of authorization from brands. You can add up to 20 files.

Drag files here or select file.
Accepted file types: Image (jpeg, gif, tiff, png), Document (pdf, docx, txt), Spreadsheet (xlsx, csv), Email (eml). Max size per file is 10MB, max total size per submission is 10MB.


So the problem is not in the format, but in something else.

Your issue is the card types your using and amazons AVS check system.You guys are a bunch of morons,Ive passed this issue more then anyone here.Its not about your document looking real or ⊗⊗⊗⊗.Amazon does not have any magic software to distinguish any of what yall are saying.
They are taking the info on your utilities and trying to pass it through their avs tools.Thats all.Some cards out there dont get the utility bill at all,and its not a glitch .Ive done it many times.None of you people know what yall talking about.

I don’t know about other countries but just letting you know in case you missed it. Most of our bills, including bank statements have a small QR code on them.

That is a lot of info already ��

Not helpful,most people here are trying to stealth amazon.com in usa info not uk.Usa doesnt add that to our utilities at all.We have laws that protect us from that.

I created many many amazon seller account, i have a tip to reg.
I have 3 results:
-Don't pass identity verification step
-Pass identity verification step and amazon don't require utility bill to sell ( Have a tip on this)
-Pass identity verification step and amazon require utility bill --> I fa-ke utility bill to reactive (20% pass)
And I use any country, because i use pp fa-ke too.

Amazon doesn't let to finish the registration process even with 100% legal documents. I have been doing it for the last months and no luck, 100% bans.
