TOTP Google Authenticator Not Working

I have the google authenticator code, but for some reason it won't login to amazon. Does anyone have any issues like this before? Anyone know what the cause can be?

Make sure that your phone is set to the proper time zone

How are you planning on getting access if the authenticator isn't working, my first thought was you had been deliberately locked out.

Sadly, I know I haven't been locked out.

Tried multiple timezones, still not working.

Give it a few days and try again as I noticed several people having issues with two step as well.

Amazon could fix the issue on its own when enough complaints come in

So far looks like only solution is to upload an ID.

If you don't have access to the original info used to verify the shop, it will be risky to submit something different to regain access

Give amazon a few more business days to see if they fix the issue

If you have no other choice, you can keep password resetting to gain access without the two step code

If you're getting tired of password reset, and don't have the original verification info, and are going to submit a 2nd verification form in... Wait until your shop funds have been fully dispersed to your bank

You could be perm suspended if the rep sees different forms being submitted

How do you use password reset to login to the shop? After you reset the password, it still asks for the OTP code.

Is there a trick to doing it?
