Utility Bill Loop
 
So everyone still receiving utility bill loops?

Despite uploading a valid gas bill, dated within the last 90 days, with name and address visible, I keep getting the same suspension email with the same question:

"How do I reactivate my account?
Please provide the following documents and confirm that there is a valid credit card on file:

-- A bill that is dated within the last 90 days for piped or natural gas, electricity, piped water, or internet service with name and address visible
-- Business license, if applicable."

Ive triple checked the bill a dozen times to confirm its accurate and same as the account. Still no bueno. Im not uploading a business license, just the utility bill.

Should I just try to re upload it again? Maybe change the documents filetype (ie: JPG to PNG), change the documenations name, (ie: "bill" to "utility bill oct") and hope the next rep will push the "PASS" button?

Any suggestions?

Extremely common

We had 0% pass rates over the last couple days

Could be lazy reps or something else going on

I get the impression that Amazon has a limit on the n-number of seller accounts per month.

and every month they tighten the passage of utility bills.

Ima keep slapping them and shoving utility bills down their dirty throats until they cough out a "You may now sell on Amazon". Im starting to believe theres something going on behind this curtains like this as well.

Would I ignore it based upon it being a possible glitch, not likely. Is it worth opening a case to question their repeat request?

A glitch? Seems like they aren’t replying and it’s been going on for at least 3 months.

probably system glitch for amzn. My store not been going thru now too. since last weekend now. I am keep trying until glitch fixes lol

This is purely down to the hype of Q4, restrictions will be loosened again in January.

One thing I think may be the issue. Amazon states in their peformance notications:

You can send files in .pdf, .png, or .gif format. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible.
At this point Amazon is simply marking the case as answered and giving no response. I have been sending .jpg this entire time. Do you think this is the cause?

Can only guess the reason or cause. Incomptent? Lazy? Flagged account? Limiting the number of new sellers? Bug? Glitch? Who knows.

It's probably limiting the number of sellersaround this time of the year (on purpose by Amazon)
I tried creating Amazon UK account and it was so easy, no documents scans needed, just input any ⊗⊗⊗⊗ numbers in ID number fields and after multiple card charge fails, still no documents and bills asked by Amazon UK but UK has no good products to sell at all! 😭 +- Only low to medium demand products 😭

Amazon is dumb.How is it possible to remove pricing but not alter at the same time.For the people who think they use magic software.

I personally think during holiday time amazon hires newbies seasonal like most major stores do.A bunch of people reviewing our docs that are poorly trained,or dont care because they wont be there long.

Amazon defends itself against new sellers in front of Q4. According to Amazon, new sellers do not know how to trade and can create problems for the client.

Amazon policy - customer is always right. Why amazons new sellers who do not know all the rules of the game when there are professional sellers who will do good to the buyer and bring huge profits to Amazon before the new year?

I also noticed that there are so many products that Amazon itself sells. And again - why amazons new competitors before the biggest sales of the year?

basically they knocked out half a million sellers (3 of the top 500).
there is petitions all over the internet.
and they will not let anyone new on.

Jan 5th you will be up and running when there is no sales to be had ABSOLUTE Joke,i PRAY someone openes a new platform and does not sell out.

dont for one minute think this is a mistake or error,
do you ever see this in Jan/Feb?

ive had suspensions in Nov last 3 years.
this one dragging on and on and on, not even looking for a response until after Christmas.

in Jeffs Q3 statement it said merch sellers are kicking our butts with 58%,
indicating they wanted to take the market back.
with all the long term storage fees i don't know why it matters.
its probably more profitable to have 3rd party sellers then sell themselves.
people paying tens of thousands in fees and storage fees.

its a TOTAL travesty and i am sickened by it to be honest. playing with peoples family and business this close to Christmas,
im depressed down and this is the 3rd Christmas they have ruined for me.

i am trying desperately to try new things but NOTHING compares to Amz.
just don't have the motivation to keep pushing any more.
