Utility Bill Loop
So everyone still receiving utility bill loops?
Despite uploading a valid gas bill, dated within the last 90 days, with name and address visible, I keep getting the same suspension email with the same question: "How do I reactivate my account?
Please provide the following documents and confirm that there is a valid credit card on file:
-- A bill that is dated within the last 90 days for piped or natural gas, electricity, piped water, or internet service with name and address visible
-- Business license, if applicable."
Ive triple checked the bill a dozen times to confirm its accurate and same as the account. Still no bueno. Im not uploading a business license, just the utility bill.
Should I just try to re upload it again? Maybe change the documents filetype (ie: JPG to PNG), change the documenations name, (ie: "bill" to "utility bill oct") and hope the next rep will push the "PASS" button?
Any suggestions?
