Default Problem with order from Amazon Canada

I tried to order some books on Amazon Canada and got the error:

"Hello,

There was a problem confirming your payment information. To prevent potential misuse of your payment card, we have placed your orders on hold and locked your account. You will not be able to place orders until we verify your information.

To resolve this issue, we need to verify a recent statement for your MASTER CARD ending in 00. To upload your statement to our secure document portal, log in to your amazon.ca account on a browser and follow the instructions.

The following information must be clearly displayed on the statement:
-- Your name and billing address.
-- The last 4 digits of the card number. For your protection, make sure that only the last 4 digits are displayed.

We will review your statement and respond within 24 hours, and will cancel your open orders if this remains unresolved in 72 hours. To protect your information, we cannot accept documents via email and restrict access to your statement to a team of account specialists. Our Customer Service team can confirm that we sent this email, but they cannot view your statement or share more information about this issue.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

All of my information is correct, my bank approved the charge 0.00$ from Amazon. My address and card is in USA. Help please

Seems like you used prepaid card or your address does not match with the address on card,

You need to provide them what they aaking no other solution for that.

i used my own credit card, the mailing address and billing address match on my credit card. My card issuer already authorized the charge 0.0$ from Amazon since all of the information matched. My ip address and all of information are from usa.

Then send the credit card statement whats the issue?

the issue is i already sent my "real" credit card statement but they still reject it. I dont know whats going on

They seem your account risky, millions of people are buying everything everyday on Amazon during this holiday season without problem, so there's more to your story... what have you been doing with your account?

its a brand new buyer account, and the first order was rejected by amazon Canada with the letter " sorry, we can not shipped your order, .....", I'm using my credit card in usa with usa ip as well, billing information matched. The proble did not happen when i bought from amazon.com

its work PERFECTLY with Amazon USA, but not Amazon Canada, which is so weird
