Hi

I am not able to sell anything now

I mean even i do advertise on amazon to sell items, i have no clients, no view

when i login on amazon, i have this message

Your account is at risk of deactivation
Your Order Defect Rate is 25%; the target is 1%.


How should l make to reduce the order defect rate ?

It was done by a client who have order multiple items from me, and once he got the login information he was asking for refund and has added 3 bad feedback

all done by the same guy

he is angry because i have refuse to refund him.

Plz help me :(

Solve your issue with your client - your answers seem to be in your problem. What items has he ordered that he is asking for refund?

i saw many people selling iptv, so i did the same, and now once they receive the login, they said they haven't received it in their inbox

Sounds like competition knowing the loopholes to get rid of people.

IPTV is a very competitive market.

And what i can do now please to come back like before ?

Now i got only 3 bad feedback and i am unable to sell items :(
seems it's freeze
